About the Role

The CFO will be a strategic leader, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the group of companies, including planning, risk management, and reporting. The right candidate is adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and balances big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic financial planning and risk management to support growth.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance across multiple entities.

Collaborate with executive leadership to evaluate opportunities and drive profitability.

Develop and mentor finance teams, building strong systems and processes.

Work closely with colleagues across departments to foster collaboration and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

Proven senior leadership experience in finance, preferably as a CFO or equivalent role.

Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA) strongly preferred.

Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities.

Strong communication skills; effective both in a team and independently.

Experience in manufacturing, industrial services, or multi-entity operations is an asset.
