Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team for this growing manufacturing organization. The CFO will play a critical role in strengthening our operational and financial functions while mentoring and developing our current staff. This would include the oversight of a Controller, Accounting Manager, and a few clerks as well as human resources.

This position requires a strong background in both finance and operations within a smaller manufacturing industry. We are looking for someone that has experience growing small to midsized organizations from a $20M company to a $100M company.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required). Master's or MBA is a huge plus!
Solid job history
10+ years of combined finance and operations leadership experience in the manufacturing industry.
Prior experience with Quickbooks and Method CRM
Strong understanding of financial management, cost accounting, and operational efficiency.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with a focus on mentoring and staff growth.
Proven track record of process improvement and operational excellence.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Schedule: Full-time, on-site with leadership team, flexibility for work from home here and there
