About the role
Join our leadership team as a high‑potential problem solver who turns ideas into executed projects. You’ll work directly with the CEO, President, and VP of Production to drive cross‑functional initiatives. You’ll also have a dedicated personal assistant, allowing you to focus on analysis, decision-making, and results.

What you’ll do

Lead priority projects across operations, scheduling, HR, IT, and more
Build KPI dashboards and reporting that drive accountability
Improve production scheduling and related workflows
Coordinate teams, timelines, and deliverables; remove bottlenecks
Present clear, data‑backed recommendations to leadership

What you bring

3–6 years in operations, business ops, or project management (manufacturing not required)
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas); SQL/BI a plus
Proven track record executing cross‑functional projects
Strong communicator; comfortable influencing managers and executives
Curious, adaptable, low‑ego, high‑ownership mindset

Compensation & benefits

Base salary: $105,000–$115,000 (commensurate with experience)
Performance bonus eligibility
