Role Description

We are seeking a Business Operations Assistant Intern (Marketing & Growth, E-Commerce, Supply Chain) to join our Paris team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions, working directly with the Head of Operations (Ecommerce, Marketing, Growth, and Supply Chain) and our Marketing & Ecommerce 360 Specialist.

As an intern, you will provide day-to-day support to both team members, assisting them in their respective projects and responsibilities to ensure smooth execution across departments.

Your contributions will include:

Supporting business operations and project execution
Contributing to marketing and growth initiatives
Assisting in e-commerce management and analysis
Providing support for supply chain activities
Handling customer service requests and inquiries
Performing administrative and reporting tasks

This is an on-site internship based in Paris, FR.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and interest in data-driven decision-making
Personnal computer
Understanding of business principles and practices
Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal
Customer service mindset with attention to client satisfaction
Supportive attitude, with a genuine interest in assisting others
Solid organizational and administrative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Interest in e-commerce, marketing, and supply chain management is preferred, but curiosity is key
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
A personal computer (laptop) is preferred
