OVERVIEW

As an Operations ProjectManager, you will work directly with the CEO to streamline his workload, manage priorities, and ensure the successful execution of key growth initiatives. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects effectively, and a strategic mindset to optimize the CEO’s efficiency. You will be responsible for coordinating with the Executive Assistant to manage the CEO’s schedule, coordinating the CEO’s deliverables, preparing high-impact presentations, conducting internal analysis and capacity planning, and facilitating seamless collaboration between stakeholders. This role is ideal for a proactive, strategic thinker who thrives on organization, efficiency, and collaboration skillsets. This role is ideal for someone desiring exposure to and involvement with business growth and scaling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Coordination & Execution – Track progress, timelines, and deliverableswhile ensuring alignment with the CEO’s strategic goals.
Prioritization Management – Optimize the CEO’s calendar in collaboration with his E.A. to account for urgent tasks, ongoing timelines and client deliverables.
Stakeholder Communication – Correlate CEO’s internal tasks to external follow-ups or meetings needed.
Meeting & Presentation Preparation – Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and supporting materials for client meetings, workshops, and board discussions.
Internal Analysis Development – Consistently work with Senior Project Manager to create and implement more efficient workstreams and processes using collected insights.
Information Management – Capture and organize key insights from internal and external meetings that require the CEO’s action.
Confidentiality & Professionalism – Handle sensitive information with discretion while upholding the highest level of professionalism.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, projectmanagement, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of project management or executive assistant experience (biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry preferred)
Proven experience managing executive-level projects, optimizing workflows, and executing strategic initiatives
Demonstrated success in working across multiple projects, including strategic planning, business development, and analytics
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft executive-level presentations and reports
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience synthesizing insights to drive decision-making
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate challenges, and reallocateresources as needed
High level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion in handling executive responsibilities
Strong client service orientation and commitment to excellence
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship
Must be willing to work onsite in the office on a full time basis. This role is an in-person position.
