The Executive We're Seeking

We are looking for an accomplished financial executive who brings strategic vision, commercial acumen and significant experience within global manufacturing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior executive responsibilities.
Significant experience within a multinational manufacturing organization.
A strong FP&A background, with demonstrated success translating financial insights into strategic business decisions.
Experience partnering with CEOs, boards and global executive leadership teams.
A strong understanding of manufacturing economics, global operations, capital allocation and profitable growth.
Proven ability to lead, develop and collaborate with finance teams across multiple countries and cultures.
Exceptional communication, sound judgment and a collaborative leadership style.
Cultural alignment is essential. We are seeking an approachable, grounded executive who values relationships, listens to differing perspectives and thrives in a collaborative environment.
The ability to influence, build trust and work effectively across global teams is just as important as financial expertise.

Compensation, Location & Travel

Potential Total Compensation: $500,000–$600,000
Base Salary: $250,000–$300,000
Bonus & Cash Incentives: Approximately $250,000–$300,000
Location: Northern Detroit Metropolitan Area, Michigan
Relocation: National search; relocation considered. Candidates must be willing to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the corporate offices.
Travel: Approximately six weeks of international travel annually, plus board meetings and other business travel.
