What You’ll Be Doing

Desk every deal — pencil, structure, and get it approved.
Work directly with prime and sub-prime lenders to maximize approvals and PVR.
Motivate, train, and manage a hungry sales team.
Protect front- and back-end gross on every deal.
Push deals through to funding — no excuses, no dropped balls.
Report directly to the GSM and ownership with full transparency.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
