A leading, private-equity-backed manufacturing and engineering company with over $100M in revenue is seeking a hands-on, strategic Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO and leadership team in executing a growth-oriented value-creation strategy.

The CFO will oversee Finance and IT, serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Board while building scalable financial infrastructure, strengthening FP&A, and supporting operational excellence across a multi-site manufacturing platform. This role will play a critical leadership position in capital structure management, performance reporting, M&A execution, and post-acquisition integration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, and IT functions
Build scalable financial systems, processes, and teams to support growth
Deliver actionable financial insights, dashboards, and performance metrics
Partner with private equity sponsors, lenders, auditors, and the Board
Support acquisitions, integrations, and long-term exit planning

Ideal Background

15+ years of financial leadership experience; prior CFO experience strongly preferred
Proven success in private-equity-backed, leveraged environments
Experience with multi-site manufacturing operations
Strong M&A and integration leadership
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
