💼 The Role — CFO / Angel Partner

We’re seeking a financial leader who sees beyond balance sheets — someone who can architect systems that fund both profit and purpose.

You will:

Lead capital strategy for our $7M Seed → $70M Series A path.
Structure partnerships, funds, and ethical revenue models that make regeneration bankable.
Translate vision into pro-forma, forecasts, and sustainable financial systems.
Collaborate with the Founder & Council to align financial growth with moral and ecological stewardship.
Help design the Regenerative Franchise Model for national and global replication.

👁️ Ideal Candidate

You are not a conventional CFO — you are a Covenantal Economist, a builder of trust, transparency, and capital flow.

You have:

10+ years of experience in finance, venture capital, or impact investing.
Proven success in fundraising, structuring, or scaling mission-driven ventures.
A passion for sustainable infrastructure, ethical technology, or climate innovation.
A mindset that blends precision with imagination.

Bonus if you’ve guided a venture through rapid growth or managed hybrid equity/philanthropic models.
