What You Will Do-

The Vice President of Sales Operations will be a customer-centric, collaborative and strategic leader with a strong track record of growth. They will be responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial effectiveness, and customer-centric innovation across the sales organization. This role will lead the development and execution of scalable systems, processes, and insights that empower the sales team to exceed revenue goals, optimize pricing strategies, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. The ideal candidate is a cross-functional collaborator, data-driven strategist, and change agent who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

How You Will Do It-

Strategic Sales Planning & Forecasting

Lead integrated demand planning with cross functional teams
Improve forecast accuracy, scenario planning, and pipeline visibility

Pricing Strategy & Commercial Governance

Develop pricing analytic frameworks to understand profitability, competitiveness, and customer value across the portfolio.
Align pricing with strategic and financial goals.
Manage internal pricing approval process, communicate strategic context for pricing decisions, and create scenarios for other options.

Customer Experience & Commercial Enablement

Champion a unified, data-driven CX strategy to enhance satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
Lead cross function project team to identify and execute CX initiatives to improve the Clarios value proposition with key customers.

Sales Operations Leadership & Enablement

Oversee CRM governance, sales process optimization, and performance management.
Design compensation plans, incentives, and territory strategies.
Maintain executive dashboards and KPIs to track performance and inform decisions.
Partner with sales leadership to deliver training, tools, and insights.

What we look for-

Required

Bachelor’s degree in related field
B2B multi-channel sales operations / commercial excellence
Experience optimizing sales processes, CRM governance, developing performance dashboards and KPIs
Experience building and leading high-performance sales teams
