Key Responsibilities

Oversee and analyze end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Conduct deal reviews and perform pricing analytics to support commercial decisions
Manage revenue reconciliations and ensure accurate, timely recognition of revenue
Translate customer contracts into invoicing schedules and revenue arrangements
Lead revenue assurance activities and ensure integrity across business processes
Apply appropriate accounting structures and costing techniques to all client assignments
Oversee revenue contract commercial reviews and ensure compliance with policies
Lead revenue automation initiatives and streamline operational workflows for clients, on various tools
Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and internal controls
Develop and report on key revenue and operational metrics for management
Prepare dashboards, reports, and data visualisations
Track and report KPIs and key industry metrics
Ensure timely and accurate reporting and consistently high-quality deliverables

Qualifications & Requirements

CA, MBA, CPA, or CFA qualification required
4+ years' experience in business finance, operational analytics, or consulting
Strong knowledge of data analytics, dashboarding, accounting, costing methods, and revenue assurance
Good understanding of KPIs and metrics for tech, e-commerce, SaaS, and services industries
Experience with pricing models, deal modelling, and revenue contract review
Excellent analytical and communication skills, experience with overseas stakeholder interactions is a plus
Organised and detail-oriented
Experience with managing a team
