Technology Solutions and Data Security explores and employs technology to enable the department's business to function via the use of modern, appropriate platforms, products and services. It supports enterprise-wide platforms and services including critical applications, networks, telecommunication, call centres, hosting, intranet/internet sites; delivers business and corporate funded project; and oversees the delivering of services provided by technology service providers such as Cenitex.

About The Role

This role provides administrative support to the Workforce Planning and Support team and Office of Chief Technology Officer.

Some Of Your Duties Will Include

Implementing and coordinating a range of administrative functions and processes to support the Technology Solutions and Data Security business operations.
Preparing, reviewing and supporting development of business documentation including templates, forms and communications.
Assist with and coordinate improvements to internal processes and procedures.

About You

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

Well-developed written and verbal communication skills that will enable effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
The ability to perform to a high quality, a wide range of administrative and office support duties.
Familiarity in maintaining ‘source of truth' databases and registers, with a focus on data integrity and reporting requirements.
