We're a family-owned company built on relationships—and we're looking for a Business Operations Coordinator who shares our commitment to precision, partnership, and exceptional service.

This isn't just bookkeeping. We need someone who brings a solid understanding of accounting principles to serve as the operational backbone of our financial, administrative, and customer service functions. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and seamless operations across the business.

What You'll Do

Manage daily financial operations: cash reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, QuickBooks posting, and payment processing
Support customer relationships through credit management, billing accuracy, and responsive service
Provide HR administrative support: coordinate hiring, track training completion, maintain schedules and time-off records
Oversee the ACE Rewards Program and serve as the point person for customer and staff inquiries
Champion staff development by tracking and encouraging completion of training modules and certifications
Support fleet and safety compliance through administrative tracking and coordination
Partner with leadership and staff to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently

What You Bring

Strong foundation in accounting and bookkeeping principles—you understand the "why" behind the numbers, not just the software
Proficiency with QuickBooks (required) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
A service-oriented mindset—you take pride in supporting both customers and colleagues
High integrity and professionalism when handling confidential financial and personnel information
Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative without constant direction
