experience:

●Proven Leadership: 10+ years of proven leadership experience as a
Senior Finance Executive or Chief Financial Oﬃcer.
● Strategic Financial Insight: A demonstrated ability to think strategically
about financial models, capital management, and long-term
organizational value.
● Risk & Governance Expert: Deep experience in financial planning, risk
mitigation, and corporate governance to ensure sustainable growth.
● Influence & Communication: Exceptional communication and
stakeholder engagement skills to partner with senior leaders and drive a
fiscally responsible culture.
● Growth Mindset: A willingness to learn, adapt, and lead profitable
growth within a rapidly evolving environment.
