Role Details:

The Department for Child Protection is looking for an energetic and driven Office Manager and Executive Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer in Adelaide. This is your chance to step into the fast moving world of Finance and Corporate Services and play a key role in keeping our executive office running at its best. Every day brings variety, connection and purpose as you coordinate priorities, streamline information and support leaders who shape key financial decisions. In this role, you will

Drive high quality executive support, preparing clear and polished reports and correspondence.
Take charge of the CFO diary, meetings and information flow to keep operations seamless.
Build strong connections with senior leaders, ministerial staff and key stakeholders.
Oversee office systems, records and finance processes to support smooth day to day operations.

To be successful

You will bring enthusiasm, organisation and the confidence to support senior leaders in a fast paced and changing environment. Your communication skills help you build strong working relationships, while your ability to remain calm under pressure ensures you can manage competing deadlines with ease. You take pride in producing high quality documents, coordinating meetings and handling confidential information with professionalism.

You will thrive in a collaborative team where initiative is valued. Your ability to stay one step ahead, keep workflows moving and support finance operations makes you a central part of the CFO office. Experience in executive support, project coordination or finance administration will set you up for success in this dynamic and rewarding role.
