About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operation Executive to oversee day-to-day company operations, manage client relationships, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling teams, coordinating projects, and communicating effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Identify and acquire new clients to support business expansion.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
Support senior management in planning and executing operational strategies.
Lead and guide team members to achieve performance targets.
Prepare regular reports on operations and client activities.

Requirements:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration or a related field.
0-1 years of relevant experience in operations, client management, or business development (in a coordination role).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
