CV Engineering is a growing, multidisciplinary engineering and construction management firm with U.S. and international operations.

As we expand our operations and scale for long-term growth, we are looking for a strategic, hands-on CFO to drive growth, operational excellence, and financial leadership across our multi-entity, project, based business. This is a high-impact role where you'll build and scale our finance function, lead forecasting and reporting, and partner closely with the Chief Executive Officer and leadership team to make data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple entities.
Build scalable processes, internal controls, and ERP improvements.
Oversee project financial performance, job costing, and WIP.
Partner with executives to integrate financial insights into business strategy.

What We're Looking For

Proven senior financial leadership - CFO or VP/Controller ready for CFO responsibilities.
Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.
Experience in engineering, construction, or project-based industries preferred.
ERP/financial system implementation experience required.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required. MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
