Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire deal process from inception to closure, ensuring a streamlined workflow.
Collaborate closely with senior leaders in the Revenue organization to maintain process integrity and prevent delays.
Provide comprehensive support to Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Account Managers across all teams.
Implement and adhere to internal best practices for optimizing deal profitability.
Manage discount processes and ensure all systems are updated with accurate deal information.
Facilitate order management activities, including processing orders and assisting field sales in generating customer quotes.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and initiatives, and work with the Business Systems team to address identified issues.
Drive the sales approval process and ensure compliance with established policies.
Forge strong relationships with key business units such as Revenue Operations & Enablement, Finance, and Legal to ensure operational readiness.
Leverage systems expertise to automate and enhance deal flow and validation processes.
Continuously assess the effectiveness of the Deals Desk and implement initiatives for ongoing improvement.

Required Skills
