To continue our growth, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer/Chief Administrative Officer. Reporting to the company owner, this individual will manage daily financial and administrative operations, provide input for strategic planning, assist in setting goals for departments, and collaborate on policy implementation.

The CFO/CAO will have direct responsibility and oversee our financial/accounting/human resources functions.

Position Duties

Provide strategic and day-to-day counsel to senior management on all company financial related matters
Oversee the company's accounting operations including AP/AR processing
Monitor cash flow and ensure banking deposits and reconciliation are completely in a timely manner
Develop annual company budgets and provide appropriate monthly reports to senior management
Oversee company insurance programs/policies -- general liability, workers comp, and other insurance programs
Interface with and ensure outside vendors provide cost effective computer technology
Maintain exceptional vendor relations to ensure company assets are appropriately and effectively used
Be the key person developing and administering the company social media programs/policies
Ensure the company complies with all appropriate tax regulations and oversee the filing of required tax documents
Oversee vendor selection/relations and the vendor onboarding process
Ensure payroll, 401(k) and health related insurance is appropriately administered
Oversee facilities management/contracts/communications
Handle onboarding of new employees

Position Requirements

A BS degree in finance/accounting with a minimum of eight years experience in varied accounting/finance roles
Previous leadership experience in accounting/finance and other support functions
An ability to provide strategic advice/direction but also oversee day-to-day operations
Ability to review/analyze complex operations and recommend appropriate improvement actions
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Tech savvy/fluency to guide business growth and financial health -- must have experience with QuickBooks
Unquestioned integrity
