Position Overview

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you'll be more than just a team member - you'll be the catalyst driving groundbreaking process improvements that fuel growth and revenue. From analyzing sales targets and territory assignments to managing renewals, you'll wield the power of Salesforce to generate accurate reports and ensure seamless system operations. Your role will also involve coordinating with stakeholders to orchestrate successful events, sometimes requiring onsite presence at various shows. Ready to dive in and make a difference? Responsibilities

Craft, update, and audit reports and dashboards for events and media across our brands.

Prepare brand-specific custom reports and analyses, leveraging your Excel skills if you have them.

Become a Salesforce guru, providing training and support to the Sales team, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Collaborate with Operations and Salesforce support teams to optimize workflows and address potential issues.

Manage the contract process in Salesforce using tools like DocuSign and Conga.

Maintain logs/tickets related to ongoing projects and sales activities.

Set standards for consistent re-book best practices and share knowledge to enhance pre-show preparations.

Collaborate with internal teams to translate best practices across events.

Provide onsite support for rebook teams, ensuring smooth tech operations during events.

Qualifications

At least one year of experience in a B2B sales operations or enablement role.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on precise data handling and reporting.

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.

Customer service-oriented mindset with a drive for excellence.

Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

Bonus Points

Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.com, and proficiency in Excel.

Track record of process improvement initiatives.

Compensation

Salary range: $55,000 to $60,000, with additional bonuses for exceptional performance.
