Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

You support the Country Managers in operational tasks with a focus on strengthening home24's presence and success in the Netherlands
You assist in selecting and managing products for local campaigns, considering country-specific factors like assortment, pricing, and customer behavior
You independently analyze sales, customer, and market data (e.g., category deep dives, sell-through rates, delivery times) to derive actionable recommendations
You create and prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes
You assist with pricing, analyze pricing strategies and evaluate their impact on revenue and profitability
You drive the automation of tasks and processes to increase daily efficiency
You support the planning, implementation, and tracking of local sales campaigns and promotions
You work closely with the Country Managers and central teams such as Sales, Pricing, Inventory, and Merchandising

Your Profile

You completed your studies in E-Commerce, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field
You have strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
You possess a sales-driven mentality with a keen awareness of revenue and profitability
You have a solid understanding of e-commerce processes and digital business models
You are characterized by a high degree of initiative, a sense of ownership, and a proactive working style
You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and convincingly to various stakeholders
Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a significant advantage
