Role Summary
We are looking for a young, dynamic CFO with a fresh mindset to lead financial operations in a growing steel manufacturing company. The role reports to the CEO and focuses on financial strategy, compliance, ERP-driven reporting, and business growth support.

Key Responsibilities

Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Manufacturing cost control, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis
Statutory compliance (GST, TDS) and audit management
ERP integration and real-time financial reporting
Funding support, risk management, and leadership insights

Requirements

CA with 5–8 years of experience (manufacturing/industrial preferred)
Strong ERP (SAP/Tally) and Excel/analytics skills
Knowledge of Indian financial regulations and cost accounting
Agile, data-driven, and collaborative mindset
