Sales Operations Administrator – Birmingham (On-Site full time, Monday to Friday)

What you’ll be doing:

Accurately calculate costs and prepare quotations, ensuring pricing and policies are correct.
Process customer orders efficiently, track progress, and resolve queries or complaints.
Maintain accurate CRM and order records.
Support cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Who we’re looking for:

Proven experience in internal sales, estimating, or related roles.
Strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; CRM experience is a bonus.
Exceptional communicator with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
