Titan Professional Resources is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial operations for a client organization. The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and align financial strategy with organizational goals. This role is Direct Hire offering excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team
Develop policies, procedures, and tools to ensure strong fiscal management
Create predictive financial models and analyses to support strategic planning
Advise on long-term financial and business strategies, cash flow, and investments
Ensure compliance with GAAP, IRS, state regulations, and grant requirements
Coordinate audits, tax filings, and internal controls
Serve as financial liaison to the Board, Executive Team, and external partners
Represent the organization to investors, auditors, and financial institutions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
CPA certification preferred or near completion
Minimum of 2 years as CFO or equivalent experience managing a budget of $10M+
Experience in nonprofit or complex fund accounting preferred
Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software (e.g., Sage MIP or comparable)
