We are seeking a goal-oriented General Manager of Sales & Operations to lead our team to success in the Newmarket/Aurora region. This isn't a "sit behind a desk" role. This is a pivotal position for a leader who thrives on building community presence, driving revenue through hands-on sales, and ensuring operational excellence every single day.

Shack Shine offers professional home detailing and exceptional customer service. Offering house detailing service, window washing, gutter cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, power washing, house washing and Christmas light installation.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor our team of KITs (Knowledgeable, Informative, Technicians), setting clear daily objectives and motivating them to surpass service and sales targets.
Drive Growth: Develop and execute "boots on the ground" sales strategies, including door-to-door campaigns and local community engagement.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure every onsite customer experience is seamless, professional, and leads to high-value recommendations.
Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing team to launch targeted campaigns that build brand awareness in new and existing local markets.
Coach: Provide daily, hands-on guidance to your team on technical sales best practices and customer-centric service.
Manage: Full P&L responsibility for achieving revenue goals while managing expenses to ensure profit goals are acheived.

What You Bring to the Table

Proven Leadership: You have a track record of managing teams and operations in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Sales Grit: Experience in outside sales is a must. You aren't afraid to engage the community directly to create opportunities.
Hands-on Style: You lead from the front. You are fully engaged with your team’s daily workflow and onsite performance.
Strategic Mindset: You can manage cross-functional priorities—balancing "big picture" revenue goals with the "small details" of daily operations.
Local Focus: Strong communication skills and a deep commitment to providing Newmarket and Aurora residents with top-tier service.

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
