Major Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of revenue and regulatory analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the allocation of rebates and administrative fees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Manage GPO rostering processes, including onboarding, maintenance, and reporting for all relevant locations.
Direct and coordinate “ship to” location builds in Workday and GHX, ensuring data integrity and alignment with enterprise standards.
Collaborate with IT, finance, supply chain, and external partners to optimize location and revenue operations workflows.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue operations, rebate allocation, and location management.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and revenue capture
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits related to location and revenue operations

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

None

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree required or 5 years of direct relevant work experience in healthcare supply chain will be considered in lieu of a degree

Experience Required:

5 years minimum required experience working in contracting, group purchasing organization, procurement, or supply chain in a healthcare setting. Non-healthcare industry experience will be considered in lieu of direct healthcare experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems (Workday, GHX)
Skilled in project management and cross-functional collaboration
Proficient skills with MS Office Suite (including but not limited to SharePoint, Excel, Access, Power BI)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.
Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
Exposed to a normal office environment.

Preferred Job Requirements:

Education:

Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role strongly preferred.
