About The Role

This role exists to design and run Build’s revenue engine. The mandate is to make revenue compound. GTM, partnerships, and brand are leverage systems that must drive ARR growth faster than headcount and cost growth. The outcome is a distribution engine that scales without founder dependence and turns market position into structural advantage.

You are accountable for ensuring revenue metrics grow exponentially, not linearly.

You will work closely with James SE. You can expect to:

Own ARR, NRR, GRR, and run rate with a mandate to compound them over time.
Ensure revenue growth materially outpaces headcount and fixed cost growth.
Design and operate Build’s GTM strategy across ICPs, segments, pricing, and routes to market.
Build repeatable acquisition and expansion motions that increase ARR per FTE.
Drive expansion revenue as a meaningful share of total net new ARR.
Improve CAC efficiency and compress payback periods.
Increase pipeline coverage and velocity to sustain predictable growth.
Reduce time to value and improve activation to strengthen retention and NRR.
Build and curate an aspirational partner ecosystem that increases deal flow, credibility, and expansion opportunity.
Structure and manage partnerships with clear economics and performance thresholds.
Eliminate low-leverage channels and motions quickly.
Replace founder-led sales and partnerships with scalable, system-driven revenue infrastructure.

Compensation Range: $120K - $230K
