Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Operations Manager to join the team at Elite MD, located on-site in Danville, CA. In this role, you will oversee and optimize sales processes, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for process improvement. You will also work to ensure seamless communication between departments, maintain exceptional customer satisfaction, and support the sales team in meeting operational goals. The Sales Operations Manager will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of client care, professionalism, and efficiency central to the success of Elite MD.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Operations Management and Analytical Skills, with a strong ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering the highest quality of care and resolving client inquiries efficiently.
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and maintain a client-focused approach.
Experience in aesthetic clinic and customer service operations in high end luxury setting is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
