We are now building our India operations across multiple verticals — telecommunications, property development, wellness, and beyond — and we are looking for exceptional people to grow with us from the ground up.

The Opportunity

As a Business Operations Associate, you will work directly across our ventures, supporting founders and senior leadership to move things forward. There is no fixed lane. One week you may be coordinating a property project. The next, you are managing a customer journey, onboarding a new partner, or helping shape a new initiative from scratch.

What You Will Do

Work fluidly across multiple business verticals, adapting and taking ownership fast
Build genuine relationships with clients, customers, suppliers, and partners
Support operations across logistics, communications, coordination, and projects
Spot problems before they become problems — and solve them without being asked
Represent Protein World's values in every interaction, internal and external
Learn continuously — from the people around you, from the work, from everything

Base salary of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month, depending on the person. Performance moves things fast here — the right person will not stay at the bottom of that range for long. We also offer a wellness benefit, because we actually mean it when we say we care about how you feel.
