Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Chief Sales Officer role responsible for leading and developing the sales organization to achieve strategic business goals. The selected candidate will create and execute sales strategies, oversee sales operations, manage the performance of the sales team, and ensure overall revenue growth. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, establishing KPIs, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong skills in Sales Operations and managing efficient sales processes
Expertise in Sales Management, including developing and implementing sales strategies
Proficiency in Training and mentoring sales professionals to maximize performance
Team Management skills to lead, motivate, and support a high-performing sales team
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and drive decisions
Experience working in international or cross-cultural environments is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
