Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Operations Specialist, located in Liverpool. The individual will oversee and streamline day-to-day business operations, identify process improvements, and ensure organizational efficiency. Responsibilities include conducting business analyses, managing key operational functions, and supporting overall business strategy. The role will also involve effective communication with internal teams, providing customer service support, and problem-solving to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Business Operations and Business Analysis to ensure organizational processes are effective and efficient
Advanced Analytical Skills to identify trends, solve problems, and improve operational performance
Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and convey information clearly
Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service, ensuring client satisfaction
Ability to work independently and within a team
Proficiency with relevant business management tools and software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
