The Opportunity

Royal Interpack is a privately held, multi-entity thermoforming plastics manufacturer operating in a 24/7 productionenvironment. We serve food-grade customers in a capital-intensive, operationally complex business where execution, discipline, and partnership matter.

We are seeking a hands-on, manufacturing-proven Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function and serve as a true business partner to executive leadership and operations. This is not a remote, advisory, or purely strategic CFO role. This is a leadership position for an operator-minded finance executive who understands how financial decisions impact the production floor today, not just on paper.

What You Will Own

As CFO, you will have full responsibility for:

Financial leadership across multiple legal entities and EINs
Cost accounting, inventory, WIP, and margin transparency
Cash flow forecasting in a capital-intensive environment
Banking relationships, debt compliance, and lender reporting
Financial systems, controls, and reporting discipline
Audit, insurance, tax, and regulatory coordination
Executive-level decision support tied directly to operations

You will work closely with the President/CEO, Operations leadership, HR, and plant teams to ensure financial insight translates into better operational outcomes.

The Profile We Are Looking For

We are intentionally seeking a manufacturing CFO, not a generalist.

You likely bring:

Prior CFO or senior finance leadership experience in manufacturing
Deep cost accounting and inventory expertise
Experience operating within multi-entity structures
Comfort in private, owner-led environments
A leadership style that is direct, collaborative, and grounded
