The Creative Agency is hiring a Business Operations Manager to help drive operational excellence, support client growth, and improve delivery performance across a fast-moving integrated marketing agency.

This is a leadership-track operations role for someone who understands that strong operations fuel growth. You will work directly with the CEO to improve project flow, support client expansion opportunities, track performance, and help ensure our team is operating efficiently and profitably.

This role is ideal for someone ready to step beyond coordination into operational ownership and business impact.

Your Responsibilities Include:

Client Delivery Operations

Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables stay on track
Coordinate approvals, revisions, and client execution communication
Help maintain clear scope boundaries and flag expansion opportunities
Support proposal preparation and RFP coordination

Operational Performance

Track project performance including time spent, deadlines, and delivery health
Monitor billable time and team utilization
Monitor deadlines and team progress
Help maintain departmental margin targets
Ensure time tracking accuracy and reporting discipline

Growth & Revenue Support

Identify opportunities to expand into new markets
Help structure proposals and expansion scopes
Support internal planning for new work and client growth initiatives

Team & Process Coordination

Help keep projects moving across design, web, and marketing teams
Track deadlines and team workload distribution
Improve workflows and operational systems as the agency grows

Compensation Structure

Base Salary: $50,000 + Growth Commission:

10% commission on expansion revenue

Operational Performance Bonus' based on:

Project time performance
On-time delivery
Department margin targets

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

3–6 years in operations, project management, account management, or agency environments
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable balancing multiple moving projects
Commercial awareness and interest in business growth
Process-minded with strong attention to detail
Agency experience is a strong plus.
