The Opportunity

You will take full ownership of a construction services operation with the backing, resources, and brand reputation to support meaningful growth. The organization is looking for a proven leader who can bring structure, accountability, and strategic vision to elevate the business to the next level.

What You’ll Own

Full P&L responsibility and operational leadership
Execution of growth strategy and revenue expansion initiatives
Leadership of sales, operations, and field teams
Development of a high-performance, accountable culture
Oversight of budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
Driving customer experience and maintaining an already strong reputation
Continuous improvement of operations, efficiency, and service delivery

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience leading a construction, construction services, or field services business
Experience managing operations within a $25M+ revenue environment (required)
Track record of consistently exceeding growth and revenue targets
Strong leadership presence with the ability to build and scale teams
Deep operational and financial acumen with full P&L ownership experience
Ability to lead in a performance-driven, service-focused environment

Ideal Background

General Manager, Regional Manager, or senior operational leadership role
Experience in HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, or related service industries preferred
Background in improving, scaling, or optimizing established businesses
