Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and supervise sales teams across various regions or segments, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Oversee sales operations including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding customer base.
Manage profit & loss responsibilities by controlling budgets, analyzing financial reports, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Lead process improvement projects to streamline workflows, enhance customer experience, and increase overall productivity within the sales function.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to align strategies and support organizational growth.

Requirements

Proven management experience leading large sales teams or departments in a fast-paced environment.
Strong strategic planning skills with a track record of developing successful sales initiatives.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
Experience managing profit & loss statements, budgets, and financial planning processes.
Supervising experience in overseeing complex projects or multiple teams simultaneously.
Business development expertise with a focus on expanding market reach and building strategic relationships.
Proficiency in project management tools and process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
