About the Role:

The WHS Acquisition Directorate is seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Specialist to serve as a key internal consultant. In this staff-level advisory role, you will analyze complex business processes, provide data-driven recommendations, and help drive strategic improvements across the directorate. Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive analytical assessments of existing business operations, workflows, and organizational processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Serve as an internal consultant to leadership, providing strategic advice and data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and present detailed reports, business cases, and white papers that translate complex analysis into actionable strategies.
Act as a primary liaison and point of contact, coordinating between various divisions, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives.
Oversee the implementation of approved process improvements, tracking progress and ensuring objectives are met.

Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Demonstrated experience in a role such as Business Analyst, Management Analyst, or internal consultant.
Proven experience analyzing complex processes, identifying inefficiencies, and making successful recommendations for improvement.
Strong foundation in project or program management principles with experience managing complex tasks.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience serving as a liaison or primary point of contact between teams or organizations.
