About the Position

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Operations and Compliance Manager who can manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and support leadership in a fast-paced business environment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable supporting a busy office and coordinating multiple responsibilities at once with minimal supervision.

Our company operates in a manufacturing environment, so the ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative and cross-functional project management.
Research and compare insurance policies and vendors.
Analyze purchases and operational costs.
Monitor changing business and employment regulations.
Assist ownership with strategic operational decisions.
Strong analytical and research skills required.
Ability to transform data into recommendations.
Experience with HR, benefits, compliance, or procurement preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years of operations experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take initiative

Compensation

Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year (based on experience)

Work Environment

This is an on-site position located in Baltimore County, Maryland. The role works closely with leadership and operations staff and plays an important part in keeping the office organized and running efficiently.
