About the Position

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will help power the success of the sales organization by managing key systems, delivering accurate reporting, supporting sales processes, and partnering with cross-functional teams. Your work will ensure the sales team has reliable data, efficient workflows, and the operational support needed to maximize performance and accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and support core sales systems, including CRM platforms, reporting tools, customer or retail portals, product information systems, and related operational applications.
Prepare and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analyses for sales teams and leadership.
Support daily sales operations through pricing administration, item setup, documentation, portal maintenance, commission-related support, and other operational tasks.
Maintain data quality, process consistency, and system accuracy across customer, product, pricing, and sales support information.
Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and support account needs.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and operational processes that support sales execution.
Provide support for sales meetings, trade shows, samples, and other commercial activities as needed.

Qualifications and experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, finance, operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Relevant experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, account support, or a related operational role in the Pet Industry preferred.
Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills, along with proficiency in presentation and documentation tools.
Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work across functions.
