We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to maximize profitability and efficiency.
Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and other regulatory frameworks.
Lead risk management efforts by conducting thorough risk analysis, ensuring adherence to SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) controls, COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations) frameworks, and other internal controls.
Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships to optimize working capital.
Direct revenue management, profit & loss analysis, cost control initiatives, and expense management to enhance financial performance.
Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports.
Lead mergers & acquisitions activities by evaluating potential opportunities, conducting due diligence, and integrating new entities seamlessly into the organization’s financial systems.
Collaborate with business development teams on market analysis, strategic planning, and forecasting to support growth initiatives.
Supervise finance teams responsible for corporate finance, governmental accounting where applicable, payroll management, and cost accounting.
Utilize advanced financial software tools for modeling, analysis, and reporting to inform executive decision-making.

Qualifications

Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles with extensive supervisory responsibilities in complex organizations.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, IAS standards along with ASC 606 revenue recognition guidelines.
Demonstrated expertise in SOX compliance, COSO frameworks, risk management practices, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Extensive background in corporate finance activities such as budgeting, forecasting, tax accounting, revenue cycle management, and cost control.
Proficiency with financial software systems and advanced financial modeling techniques.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable insights.
Excellent negotiation skills paired with strategic thinking for business development opportunities including mergers & acquisitions.
Strong leadership qualities with experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Deep understanding of governmental accounting standards where relevant; familiarity with supply chain finance is a plus.
