Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, including 12-month rolling forecasts.
Ensure compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), SEC reporting requirements, and IRS tax obligations.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability and cash flow.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Skills (United States Focus)

CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualified, with extensive experience in a senior finance leadership role.
Strong knowledge of US financial regulations (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley) and reporting requirements.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic financial plans.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in corporate expansion, mergers, or cross-border transactions is highly regarded.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per month
