They're looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Systems Administrator who wants to own the technology, architecture, and processes behind a modern go-to-market organization.

This isn't a ticket-taking administrator role.

You'll be trusted to design, improve, and scale the systems that connect Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll partner directly with Revenue Operations leadership, identify opportunities before they become problems, and build solutions that enable the business to grow.

What You'll Do

Own HubSpot as the company's GTM platform

Serve as the senior administrator across HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub
Own platform architecture including:
Pipelines
Lifecycle stages
Workflows
Custom objects and properties
Permissions
Reporting
Establish best practices for governance, documentation, scalability, and long-term platform health

Own the Go-to-Market Technology Stack

Serve as the primary owner of the GTM systems ecosystem
Manage integrations, data flow, automation, and overall system reliability
Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements based on business impact—not feature checklists
Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, improve, and future-proof the technology stack

Design Scalable Revenue Processes

Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders
Translate business requirements into scalable systems and automation
Improve processes throughout the lead-to-revenue lifecycle
Build reporting and operational insights that improve decision-making across the organization

Be the Technical Problem Solver

Diagnose issues across multiple connected systems
Troubleshoot complex workflows and integrations
Clearly communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders
Serve as the bridge between business needs and technical execution

What We're Looking For

5+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Systems Administration, or a similar role
Advanced HubSpot administration experience across multiple Hubs
HubSpot certifications strongly preferred
Experience owning and evolving an entire GTM technology ecosystem—not simply maintaining it
Strong understanding of CRM architecture, automation, integrations, and data management
Ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions
Excellent analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership without needing detailed direction
Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in a high-growth SaaS environment
