More than 9,000 agribusiness operations. McCain, Yalumba, Treasury Wine Estates, Inghams. 4.4 million digital check-ins.

This is a new, dedicated seat. Reporting to the Head of Revenue.

The basics:

First dedicated RevOps hire, architecture yours to define
Melbourne, four days a week in the Richmond office
HubSpot is the spine and stays. Most of the rest of the stack is open to you
Genuine tooling freedom, with new tools adopted quickly where the return is clear
Claude and Claude Code already in use across the business
Scope across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Partners

The reality:

You own HubSpot end to end. Pipelines, lifecycle, data model, taxonomy.
You build forecasting solid enough for leaders to commit a quarter against.
You automate the funnel and connect systems that were never built to talk. HubSpot at the centre, ChargeBee, Traction, Cradle, Pendo.
The systems already exist, so this is a redesign, not a blank page.
It is a build seat. There is no shortage of strategy in the business. What is missing is the person who ships it.

Four days in the office is fixed. The brief is broad. There is no team beneath you today.

Feedback here is blunt by design.

Who can tell when a number is lying.

Who have removed manual work before and have the figures to prove it.
