We are looking for a highly organised and proactive B2B Operations Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day operations for our institutional and corporate gifting business. The role will involve order coordination, client communication, inventory planning, dispatch management, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of B2B orders.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end coordination for B2B and corporate gifting orders, from order confirmation to final delivery.

● Coordinate with clients for POs, PIs, payments, delivery details, branding requirements, and order-related information.

● Maintain and update order trackers, inventory records, dispatch details, and delivery status.

● Coordinate with internal teams including sales, warehouse, production, packaging, finance, and logistics for timely order execution.

● Plan and coordinate packing, dispatches, and multilocation deliveries as per client requirements.

● Track inventory availability and highlight any potential stock or production constraints in advance.

● Coordinate branding and customisation requirements, including sleeves, cards, logos, artwork, and approvals.

● Follow up with logistics partners and track shipments to ensure timely deliveries.

● Prepare and maintain relevant invoices, delivery documents, PODs, dispatch details, and other operational documentation.

● Ensure all client commitments and agreed timelines are properly tracked and communicated internally.

● Handle day-to-day client communication related to order status, dispatches, delivery updates, and operational queries.

● Identify operational gaps and proactively coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.

● Maintain accurate records and ensure all B2B orders are executed smoothly and within committed timelines.

Requirements

● 1–3 years of experience in B2B operations, sales operations, order management, logistics, or a similar role.

● Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.

● Good written and verbal English communication skills.

● Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.

● Ability to manage multiple orders, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

● Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak festive seasons.

● Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organised.

● Experience in corporate gifting, e-commerce, FMCG, D2C, or B2B operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
