About Pyrois

Pyrois is one interface to the world's GPUs. We aggregate compute across neoclouds and data centres and route every workload to its best price and match, continuously. Customers stay sovereign, operate at best-market rates and source the compute they need, when they need it. We're a VC-backed, pre-seed company, hiring our first ten people now.

GTM LeadWhat you'll do

The brand, from zero. Positioning, voice, visual system, website. Build the trust that gets a young company taken seriously by enterprise buyers and data centre operators: case studies, press, conference presence, partner logos, and a presence that makes Pyrois look like the established player in its category.
The launch. We launch out of the public beta in Q4 2026. Plan the product launch, run it and make it successful.
Distribution for demand and supply. Find and prove the channels that bring AI teams to Pyrois, and build the GTM engine on the capacity side as well.
Qualified pipeline. Your number is qualified accounts for sales and new providers for the capacity side. Every week you show where they came from.
The tooling. You set up and run the marketing and GTM stack yourself. No agencies to offload to. We have AI, and we expect you to use it to do the work of a team.

What you bring

You've built demand for a technical product sold to engineers, ideally infrastructure, developer tools or cloud.
You've been the whole marketing team at an early-stage company and made it work.
You're fluent in the modern AI and GTM stack and use it to multiply your output, not to add tools.
You write and communicate clearly in English. German isn't required.
You hold a number and change course when the data says so.
You can hold a brand line in a room full of engineers and a funnel chart in a room full of investors.

Requirements

Must-have

Built demand generation for a technical B2B product sold to engineers or developers
Sole or first marketing or GTM hire at a seed or Series A company
Owned funnel metrics and reported on them (traffic, sign-ups, qualified pipeline)
Hands-on with AI and automation tooling in GTM work (for example Clay, HubSpot, AI content and outbound tools)

Nice-to-have

Ran a product or company launch end to end
Built or rebuilt a brand and website from scratch
Experience in cloud, infrastructure or developer-tools companies
Ran account-based marketing or outbound programmes

How we work

Some roles are hired on-site in Zürich, where we work together three days a week in the office. Other roles are fully remote and we meet regularly with the whole team (travel paid). We have four hours of overlap with the Zürich office every day, to be able to collaborate.

We employ through Remote.com as our employer of record. Wherever you live, you get a local employment contract, payroll and benefits under your country's law, without us opening a company there.
