High-Performance Sales Leadership | Revenue Growth | Executive Opportunity

We are looking for a proven sales executive who knows how to build, lead, and scale an exceptional sales organization.

An established, multimillion-dollar residential home improvement company in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking an extraordinary sales leader to take ownership of revenue growth and sales performance across a substantial, established business.

This is not a position for someone who simply manages a sales team, oversees a CRM, or delivers motivational sales meetings.

We want someone who has built a sales machine before and knows exactly what it takes to do it again.

The ideal candidate has successfully led large teams of commissioned sales professionals, mastered the dynamics of high-ticket negotiated selling, and has a documented history of materially improving closing percentages, average transaction values, individual sales productivity, and overall revenue.

Working directly with the company's President, this executive will have significant authority over sales strategy, recruiting, sales leadership, training, performance management, and revenue execution.

The company offers an established operating platform, experienced personnel, multiple sales channels, and meaningful opportunity to accelerate growth.

We're looking for a competitive, results-driven leader who thrives on building winning teams, developing talent, creating accountability, and delivering measurable results.

The Opportunity

Lead and scale an established sales organization with substantial existing revenue.
Take direct responsibility for sales performance, revenue growth, and forecasting.
Recruit, develop, and lead exceptional sales managers and commissioned sales professionals.
Create a culture of accountability, competitive performance, and continuous improvement.
Drive substantial improvements in closing rates, average transaction values, and sales productivity.
Establish disciplined sales processes, coaching programs, and performance standards.
Work with marketing and channel leadership to maximize sales opportunities and return on advertising investment.
Partner directly with the President to help build a substantially larger, more profitable business.

Who We're Looking For

We're especially interested in leaders with experience in residential home improvement, remodeling, replacement windows, roofing, bath renovation, HVAC, solar, or similar industries involving high-ticket, consultative, negotiated sales.

Candidates should bring a track record of leading sizable sales organizations, improving measurable sales outcomes, and developing high-performing teams.

We care far more about what you've accomplished than the titles you've held.

Compensation: Competitive executive-level base salary, substantial performance-based incentives, and potential long-term profit participation or equity opportunities for an exceptional candidate.
