Make Your Financial Leadership Matter

For over a century, Fred Finch Youth & Family Services has been changing the trajectory of young lives, providing behavioral health, education, and family support services to some of California’s most vulnerable youth and families. None of that work happens without the people behind the people: a finance team that keeps our mission funded, compliant, and sustainable.

As our Chief Financial Officer, you’ll report to the CEO and work closely with our Board of Directors to shape the financial strategy that lets our direct-care staff focus on what they do best: showing up for kids and families every day.

This is a hands-on executive role with real autonomy and real visibility.
