Provided a strategic-operational perspective and transformed the sales stack at Bloomreach in preparation of a major acquisition. Worked jointly with global sales leaders to revise the sales process (Value Selling) to improve conversion (+25%) and forecast accuracy while increasing seller ownership and accountability. Collaborated with Finance to design and implement a company wide weekly KPI sheet for improved communication and planning. Modeled and planned the F21-23 revenue sales go-to-market strategy and plan. Spearheaded the successful rollout of forecasting (Clari), CLM (Docusign) for contract handling and sales simplification and configure, price and quote (CPQ) solution for maximizing margin, renewals and upselling.
Analytics and Planning: I have led the cross company collaboration on sales and marketing analytics linked to GTM strategy and support company reporting either internal or external. In addition I have led many annual sales and marketing planning cycles, built commission quota and capacity models to ensure we maximize and leverage our GTM resources and any future investment.
System Support and Enablement: I bring over 15 years of CRM tool automation and GTM process development to improve pipeline development and seller productivity while tracking performance metrics to accelerate pipeline and bookings through the customer journey.
Operational Execution: served as C-level trusted advisor, built quarterly management and regular cadence systems in support of the annual planning process and execution, including the reviews, reporting, tracking and overall performance improvement. Cross-functional collaboration on company growth initiatives for optional performance and maximize resource utilization.
