I’m an experienced Business Analyst and Project Support professional with a strong background across healthcare, FMCG, NFP and corporate environments. Over the years, I’ve worked in roles that blend project coordination, administrative support, stakeholder engagement and operational management, which has helped me build a well‑rounded skill set.
I’ve supported projects end‑to‑end — from planning and documentation to tracking milestones, preparing reports, coordinating meetings and managing follow‑ups. My experience at Terumo, Fortis Healthcare, Flora Foods and Learning Mavericks has strengthened my ability to work with cross‑functional teams, maintain accurate records, monitor risks, and support senior leaders with clear communication and organised processes.
Some of my key achievements include streamlining processes, improving reporting accuracy, supporting automation initiatives, and contributing to efficiency gains across teams. I’m also completing my CAPM certification to deepen my project management capability and move further into project and operations roles.
