I work with founder-dependent B2B firms in growth mode that are ready to step out of day-to-day selling but are not ready to risk revenue in the process.
My focus is installing the structure before additional headcount. That means clear sales roles, thoughtful compensation design, defined stages, and accountability systems that keep deals from flowing back to the founder by default.
I operate inside active pipelines to stabilize performance while building repeatable discovery, qualification, and deal ownership. Revenue does not pause while structure is built.
I guide the transition from founder-led selling to team-based execution with discipline and continuity.
