Over the past four years at Wisdom Labs, a product-led SaaS start-up providing corporate mental wellbeing services, I immersed myself in marketing and sales growth strategies using HubSpot. My primary focus included establishing a ground up operational process for a new GTM strategy and optimizing our marketing, sales, and customer success funnels through strategic automation and data insights.
Successfully scaling Wisdom Labs from 5 to 100 clients in just four years, with a team of only six employees, while maintaining a "white glove" customer experience, demanded a keen focus on best practices, success metrics, and a deep understanding of HubSpot. Comfort with ambiguity, meticulous documentation, and strong communication were essential in navigating this challenging task.
